There is lots going on in our district to support World Mental Health Day on Wednesday 10th October, please let us know if you are running activities, or groups that could support the 5 steps of Well Being:

1. Helping people to make friendships and connections

2. Help people to connect with themselves

3. Keep people physically active

4. Help people to give their time to others

5. Help people to learn something new
